A no hole belt is a belt that does not use traditional holes for adjustment. Instead, Retrofit belts use a hidden micro adjustable track system on the back of the strap, allowing a cleaner fit, smoother adjustment, and better comfort throughout the day.
Delivery / Returns
Shipping time
The delivery time on all products is typically between 3-4 business days. If you order before 5 p.m., your package will most often be shipped on the same day.
However, there are a few exceptions in delivery times around e.g. Eid, Bank holiday etc. - be sure to order in advance.
Return Policy
We are certain that you will be satisfied with your Retrofit belt that you have 7 days to return it. Of course, the right to return the item(s) does not apply if the product is not returned in the same condition in which you received it.

How to return
If you want to return your item just for different color or variant, you can send it to us through courier and the cost of shipping will be paid by the client.
If you want to return your item due to any fault from our side, you can send it to us through courier and the cost of shipping will be paid by Retrofit.
In either case contact our customer support.
